Due to our success we are looking to hire a
JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE
You will be responsible for selling our product range via the following methods:
  • Telephone
  • Customer visits
  • Face to face presentations in our showroom
  • Trade shows
  • Our ideal candidate:
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long term customer relationships
  • Ability to deliver high-quality product presentations over the phone and face to face
  • Self motivated and goal orientated
  • Computer proficient
  • Practically minded with a general understanding of mechanics
  • Experience in the woodworking industry is a plus
  • Bilingual language skills preferred (English/French)
  • Clean driver's abstract

    Junior Service Technician/Trainee

    Place: Mississauga

    Due to our success we are looking to hire a
    JUNIOR SERVICE TECHNICIAN
    The Junior Service Technician/Trainee will at first handle shipping / warehouse duties, after a thorough training period progress to making small repairs to machinery under supervision and then turn into a full time Service Technician handling delivery, installation and repairs on-site, as well as fielding telephone service calls. The Junior Service Technician will be trained in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic repairs.
    Principal responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Participate in training programs as required
  • Participate as an active member of the service team
  • Perform service work in a safe manner
  • Understand and comply with company service policy
  • Ensure service work is performed in a professional manner
  • Performing other duties consistent with the job classification, as assigned
  •  

    Qualifications:
  • Interest in a Career as Service Technician
  • Must be mechanically inclined when adjusting, assembling and replacing parts
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
  • Computer competency
  • Willing to learn
  • Communication, relationship building and troubleshooting skills are required
  • Electronic knowledge is an advantage, but not required
  • Overnight travel, some evening and weekend hours may be required occasionally
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Ability to lift and or move 20 to 150 kg are essentials for the job
  • Woodworking experience as well as technical schooling or technical college courses or completed degree is preferred but not required.
